Terms & Conditions - the basics

-Please note that we strictly accept a maximum of 4 people per lodge and if a client turns up and they are more than the agreed number, they will not be allowed in and furthermore they will forfeit their payment as we will not be able to replace their booking at such short notice.

 

-Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment for the duration of your stay. Booking cancellations are only acceptable up to 7 days before the check in date. Anything after this will result in forfeiture of total payment as we will have turned down bookings and blocked that time period for you.

 

-In case of any breakages, a refundable deposit of $20 is to be paid on booking.This is refunded after checking out and an inventory check has been done.

 

-Zumbane lodges is not responsible for any loss and or damages of property and/ or personal injury whilst you are using our facility. Due care should be taken all the time.

 

-Music and noise in the lodges and the verandahs should be kept at a minimum as not to disturb other guests and our neighbors. Please be mindful that we are in a residential neighborhood.

 

- No music or noise allowed when using the shared spaces, eg. the restaurant, the pool and the lookout

 

- For health and security concerns, no outside Chefs or service providers are allowed into the premises. No outside persons may enter the premises to join guests and use the facilities.

 

-If you are staying for 3 or more nights , we will do an in between stay clean after every third night for free. Any in between service needed before that is chargeable at $20 per clean and is done between 10 am and 12 noon.
